I have been with Umbrella.co.uk for five months now (since July 2023) and I have had a horrible experience with this company. From the very first day there have been nothing but issues, delays, incorrect payments being made. I constantly have to chase payments to understand why they are taking so long and why I'm being paid the incorrect amount. There have been mistakes from day one. At the beginning it was alot of issues with setting me up into the system. I thought this would just be an issue that would be teased out with time. But then these problems have continued for the next months to this day. Response has been slow as well. I highly recommend either going with a different umbrella company or setting up as a sole trader - it's not worth the hassle! Such high fees for such bad customer service.
