It's early days, I've only just signed up, but so far so good, clear communication explained things, helpful and friendly. Reading some of negative reviews it appears the issues relate to payments. I will have to reserve judgement as I've not got to this stage yet. But at present from the professional interaction I'm hopeful that I've made the right choice and the majority of experiences are positive from the other reviews and that this will be more reflective of reality.
