Very accurate cutting to size meant it was easy to install the new plastic sheets into existing timber frames.

I recently placed an order with Sheet Plastics for a single acrylic sheet. Despite their website quoting a 5-9 working day delivery timeframe for the shipping method I selected, it took 17 days from order placement to delivery. When I reached out to customer service about this unacceptable delay and requested a refund of the exorbitant £8.29 shipping fee, my concerns were dismissively brushed aside. Rather than taking responsibility for failing to meet their own stated delivery terms, the representative deflected blame to the courier. As a customer, I find it disappointing that Sheet Plastics advertises specific delivery timeframes but then fails to stand behind them when they are missed by such a significant margin. The fact that they charge a high shipping cost for small items only adds to the frustration when their service falls so short. In my experience, Sheet Plastics does not value customer satisfaction or accountability. They seem content to make excuses rather than work to make things right when orders go wrong. I would caution other potential customers to be wary of their promised delivery estimates and customer service.

Excellent customer service. My order arrived with marks on it, I got some advice about how to remove them and when it did not work a replacement was sent out. I received quick and helpful responses from Jamie at Sheet Plastics and would definitely use them again.

Well, I made an overall purchase of around £2,000.00. Delivery timing was promised on website 3-5 days. They only delivered one piece of plastic so far, which I ordered the last. Still waiting for the rest of the delivery 2 weeks by now. Do you think it is an adequate delivery time? For 2 weeks I could go myself to Birmingham at least 7 times and collect it myself. Will not recommend for serious Construction Business. There is another company Cut Plastic, and they deliver in 3 days. Leo
