What made the experience great? Precision of cut - and willingness to do small order. Being a small order, it took them a few days to do it, but it arrived within 2 days of dispatch notification.

Great service. We ordered very large sheets and one of them arrived cracked. The company efficiently arranged for replacement - much quicker than I thought possible. I will say the courier isn't the best. No ETA is given, just a day which is annoying. But overall the sheets have transformed our dining area - we can sit without shivering!!
