I wanted to purchased some flooring after talking with a representative & was later told that they put the incorrect information in the computer and don’t have the actual product in stock. To me, it was the correct information since I was clearly explaining the sku number and the fact that the company had gone bankrupt. The product is still for sale on their website. I am now still waiting to hear back about the amount that was taken from us.

Really bad. I received a completely damaged shipment of 12 boxes of Kahrs Vinyl flooring. When I ask about the status of the claim they only tell me "For your convenience, our team provides claim updates via email every time we get an update or response. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." Now I really relate to all the negative reviews. I didn't take them seriously. But I see now how hard it is to deal with this company. They (Regal Floor Coverings) also operate under different name such as Noble Floors. My credit card bank statement shows Gila Floor Coverings. It is hard to get any feedback towards the solution. I hope this gets solved soon. September 19 2022: Still no reimbursement for the damaged floor. All 12 damaged packages are still not picked up at my home. No emails or calls from Regal Flooring after many calls and emails from my side.

Ordered 1300+ SF of LVP from Regal. Sales Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me along the ordering process. Regal did a great job keeping me informed on delivery of my flooring. Great overall experience! Thanks everyone.

Sales person Alphonso was very helpful. Located the product we wanted, provided the quote, assisted with pick up received the product timely, was paced excellently and in good condition. Everything went very smoothly.

The worse company that I have dealt with in my entire life , They only wanted to get the sale done and get the money , They shipped a bad quality porcelain and washed them hands and forward my complain to the manufacture, they kept me in circle between the manufacture and them claim department , I have filled a claim with Arizona Attorney General and they never answered the claim , I will never deal whit that company again and I will never recommend some one to deal with them , They lied to me and change words and The owner threatened me that he will sue me if I write them a bad review, All the company stuff is well trained to wash them hands when it came to my complain

The purchasing process was excellent, very straightforward. The representative, I believe her name was Isidra, was very friendly, had easy access to pricing details and handled the details of the order quickly and accurately. I have not yet received the product so cannot comment on the speed or quality of the delivery.
