Fantastic Customer Serivce Alfonzo was wonderful to work with on my purchase of vinyl plank flooring. He helped me in adjusting flooring amounts and took my various calls on transition pieces to make sure that my order was correct. What was amazing was that he remembered me each time I called. He treated me with kindness and respect.

Haven't received my order yet but David was thorough when placing my order and said to expect my flooring within 12 days.

I am a contractor and don't usually post reviews unless I'm dealing with a criminal. The sales person (Dennis) was excellent! No pressure and extremely informative. I have not received the order yet as it was only placed 4 days ago but if delivery is half as good as Dennis' customer service, that will seal the deal to use Regal floor Coverings as my go to flooring supplier.

Worked with Dennis over the phone to get some flooring for my new house. He quickly found the flooring and priced it out for me. His price was great and he even went out of his way to get me free shipping. Haven't received the floor yet, but if it shows up with no issues I will totally use Regal Floor Coverings in the future.
