I don’t understand why I had to rush to pick up? That location is massive it could have waited until Tuesday when I was prepared to go down there. Instead I had to make extra 98 miles one way trip because I was told it needed to be pick up ASAP! It is the correct tile and the guy was nice that loaded it into my pickup. But again told I had to rush down the next day was a little off putting. Dennis was the most pleasant customer service rep I have ever spoken to in my entire life!! Not only was he knowledgeable of the product and got me an amazing deal, but he made me feel great about spending $800 :-) It was such a great experience that I was telling my coworkers and kids about regal flooring. When I do flooring at my parents house, I will make sure to call Dennis back!
