Buen servicio y atencion al cliente me cambiaron la direccion de envio sin problemas buen producto y precio

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered football boots 5 weeks ago from this company. Never received them, delivery company accepted responsibility which was sent over to them over 3 weeks ago. Sent in over 20+ emails, the first emails were answered to say that it needed to go to a different department - Got that excuse a few times - then every single email (which I have sent in every day this week has been ignored) I have asked for there ombudsman’s details been ignored, legal department ignored, for it to be passed over to higher management ignored. So £100 out of pocket for 5 weeks and still no further forwards. Avoid at all costs! as per your reply below I have now sent in over 30 Emails to the email address that You have given and every single one has been ignored so please don’t insult me.

The worst company to buy stuff from. Ordered 3 items on the 5th of August as they are needed for the 25th. Delivery date was to be no later then the 19th. However order was stuck in awaiting shipment for over a week. Emailed, no reply. Got a notification today informing me that my items will not be delivered now until August 23rd - 29th, which potentially isn't good enough. Rubbish company, avoid. Dhgate deliver quicker from China! UPDATE: I have already emailed your customer service team AND used your Whatsapp option. Both utterly useless. You have given me false information on multiple occasions. How has it taken you nearly 3 weeks to send me 2 pairs of shorts and a t shirt and to also reply to me?! Absolutely disgusting service. UPDATE: Absolutely useless!!!! Still haven't got back to me and I have now been informed that the items are being returned to sender because Goalinn have not put the correct address on it!

Pésimo servicio recibido hago un pedido que debía llegar en dos días y por un artículo que no tenían y no me avisan antes de hacer la compra me retrasan el pedido casi tres semanas para después no tener ese artículo y directamente me lo cancelan me devuelven el dinero y no me avisan por si quiero sustituirlo por otro. Hablar con ellos es imposible no sé si volveré a comprar
