Shipping delays are not to be trusted, even if they charge you a significant charge. Should have been around 5 to 10 days, that's what was advertise and the only reason I bought from them. The order left the first warehouse passed that delay. Went through many carriers. The support staff said candidly that it was normal, and could easily take 60 days, so be carefully if you wish to have your purchase in time.

Ich kann bestimmten Bewertungen nur beipflichten. Versteckte, überzogene Portokosten inbes. bei Rücksendungen. Auch ich war genötigt ein Rücksendelabel zu kaufen. Es wurden für ein Tütchen 7,99 € (Hermes) verlangt. Bei Hermes direkt hätte mich die Retoure 3,99 € gekostet. Bereits bezahlte Portokosten in Höhe von 4,99 € werden auch nicht erstattet.

Fatal. Hice un pedido de dos articulos los cuales me marcaba entrega entre del 15 y el 17 de Mayo. Una vez hecho el pedido, cambian la fecha del 17 al 19. Les escribo, y de repente veo que un articulo se ha eliminado de mi pedido….por arte de magia. He cancelado el pedido y ahora me aparece cancelado solo un articulo… A ver el reembolso si me vuelve correctamente o me va a tocar pelear… Lo barato sale caro, no vuelvo a comprar nada, servicio nefasto

Ho ordinato un paio di Adidas copa pure 2 league AG, la scarpa è arrivata anche nei tempi previsti, cosa che in genere non succede su questi siti, però il pacco era leggermente rovinato, non che mi importi onestamente però non posso dare la 5 stella

Stay away, company wont help you if there is a problem

I ordered a pair of Adidas Predators in February for delivery to the United States. The package arrived about two weeks later with the Predators clearly having been stolen in Spain. For 2 and 1/2 month now Goalinn has been asking for information (pictures, USPS certifications etc) multiple times. When I complained on another review site they invited me to email their customer service. Which I did, and then they proceeded to do nothing to refund my money. Their most recent message today didn’t even have any content in the message. Stay away, this company won’t have your back like other e-commerce companies and will actually do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for their errors (in this case shipping a pair of cleats in a plastic envelope that was easy to tear open) Update: As the company does when they get negative reviews they invite a submission to their support email. When I did they inform me that it's my fault that a package that was torn open in the post, and delivered to a mail box where I had no opportunity to decline delivery, is somehow my fault. Not only is this ridiculous it is clearly contradicted by the company's own terms of service. This company doesn't deserve your business, there are lots of other vendors who do and won't try to blame you for their mistakes when something goes wrong.
