Ho comprato un paio di scarpini pantofola d’oro con tacchetti misti a fine novembre, un mese dopo sfondati. Appena aperto il pacco ho notato anche che erano “sporchi”, come se qualcuno li avesse usati, ma non sono andato fino in fondo e ho sbagliato.

I have also had a negative experience having bought an item which arrived after 9 days, and then be charged £11.99 to send it back. I have still not received a refund although I have sent a copy of the Royal Mail delivery tracking which shows it arrived on 22nd Dec at your Southall address. I would like a full refund. These people are total scammers. Do not order from them. I’ve spent the last 10 days trying to get a refund. I paid for special delivery before Christmas and it arrived on 28th Dec - they are now refusing to a process free return instead they’re trying to charge me £12 for the privilege of returning the stuff that they missed the deadline on. Do not buy from this company. They are the worst of the worst!

Negative experience I order on 12th Dec with a promise of 48hr courier service. It never arrived. Still hasn't arrived!! This was part of my child's Christmas. Very poor service.

Ordered my son's Christmas present on 10th December (order number 44415328), and it arrived on 30th December. By the time it got to 21st December, I'd had to order again from Just Keepers Ltd (a rival), with next day delivery, to ensure he got his present. For clarity, at the time of ordering on 10th, Goalinn was quoting a delivery time of well before Christmas. Just went to process a return to Goalinn, and to send back two small items has cost me £11.99! No option to return with your own postage, it has to be via their Royal Mail courier system. Very disappointing, and this seems totally unfair when it was their late despatch of the item which meant it wasn't received in time. If Goalinn check these reviews and want to demonstrate fair customer service, then my order number is above and they could refund the return postage to my credit card. That would send a clear message to other people that they do indeed offer a fair service. Let's see.

Directamente te mienten con los stocks, al final fuera de plazo me llega el artículo unas horas de fútbol mizuno pero me envían la talla 42.5 en lugar de la 45, y no me dan ninguna solución ni compensación. Por cierto no esperes poder hablar con nadie para solucionarlo. ESTAFA NUNCA COMPRÉIS.

Ich habe etwas bestellt was als Weihnachtsgeschenk gedacht war, Liefertermin sollte zwischen dem 22.12.23 und 25.12.23 sein........gekommen ist nichts. Der Liefertermin wurde dann ein paar Tage verschoben, also schrieb ich eine Email ob man mir entgegen kommen kann, weil der Liefertermin nicht eingehalten wurde, mehr als eine lapidale Standartentschuldigung kam nichts und meine Frage wurde ignoriert. Nachdem der Liefertermin zum zweiten und dritten mal verschoben wurde schrieb ich nochmals zwei Emails fie auch ignoriert wurde! Finger Weg von diesem Fake Mist !!!!!
