No es la primera vez que compro en esta página. Las otras veces me ha ido bien. Esta última compré unas botas de fútbol que me pidió mi hijo para su cumpleaños. Hay dos modelos, tacos blancos y tacos rosas. Pues en esta página están los de tacos rosas y se lo compro. Me llegan las opuestas a las que pido. Llamo, el chico no me pone muchas ganas, solo me dice q las devuelva y luego vuelva a comprarlas. Mando mails que no contestan, hablo por WhatsApp y no contestan y en mi misma cuenta envío SMS que no sirven para nada, total, q al final las descambio. A las dos semanas me hacen el reembolso. Y cuando decido darle otra oportunidad con el dinero ya en mi cuenta voy a volver a comprarlas y están de 75 que me costaron a 100 euros. Así que es una verdadera vergüenza. CONTESTO A VUESTRA CONTESTACIÓN: no sirve de nada escribir a ese correo, escribí y no hubo contestación unas cuantas veces. Desisto, mejor no comprar aquí y ya

Item not Delivered - Zero Communication - No answers as to when delivery may happen (if ever) when I contacted them. I'm seeing quite a negative trend here in the reviews I'm reading on here. Update: Item eventually arrived on February 21. 1 month. Slightly misleading on delivery times at checkout. Considerable room for better communication.
