This company is a scam like everyone else has stated, products don’t ship for a month and no returns, items not as pictures in website

Beware of this scam company - most likely located in China. Customer service is a computer generated girl by the name of Xiara. I ordered a sweater late January and needed it by Feb. 14th and I mentioned this in an email to “Xiara” computer generated email back to me insists it’s been shipped and shows USPS tracking number. However USPS tracking says pkg is being prepared to ship - don’t order from here, you won’t get a real answer and from what I have read from other reviewers, poor quality items, and very expensive if you decide to return the item.

WEBSITE IS GARBAGE. I cancelled an order 1 hour after placing, they acknowledged the cancelled order and sent half the order anyway. Return policy is crap, no shipping label to return and ONLY STORE CREDIT AFTER THE RETURN REQUEST IS VALIDATED.

After never receiving an update for the ETA of the order and after numerous requests via phone (had to leave a message every time as they do not answer…ever) and emails to cancel the order nothing happened until I was very specific about contacting PayPal and my credit card company. Then all of a sudden I received an email stating a USPS label had been created. But when I followed the tracking number it did not take me to the USPS website instead some weird obscure website. So I tried the tracking number provided at the actual USPS website which did not recognize the tracking number resulting in another email from me stating the USPS tracking number was not valid…please cancel the order…they refused. So it can only be concluded “Boho Beach Hut” did this in order to falsely continue with the order so they can keep the money no matter what. Just received 3 of the 4 items today and even though they are of such horrific quality and very very inaccurate sizing, I will not initiate an exchange instead donate the items in order not to spend any additional monies with this order and this bogus company. I’m sure the 4th item will not be delivered in time thus resulting in no chance of an exchange, but as stated I will rather donate than have any further dealings with this “company”. It is my opinion their claim to be in Nevada is a front for overseas mass produced clothing company. What a rip off…lesson learned.

Do not purchase from this company! It took nearly 30 days for them to ship my items, and one item has yet to be shipped. They allow 45 days from date of purchase to “return” an item. With the delays in shipping, they make that almost impossible. They also do not provide a refund for returns and only give store credit. This company is a scam and should lose their business license.

AVOID. This company does not have good quality products, not good customer service. They don’t have a phone number, only email. The gift I purchased took almost a month to arrive. They blamed USPS. The quality is not what is represented. They don’t seem to stand behind their products nor their customers. AVOID this company. Spend your money with more reputable companies.

I am 5'10, 135 lbs, ordered a dress in a size small and it is like a giant potato sack that comes past my knees and it definitely does not look like that on the model. No refund, only instore credit, no paid return label. Will never shop there again. I wanted to add a picture of the dress but of course it will not let me.

EVERYTHING is wrong with this company. You can’t leave a review on their own website. Either the reviews they show are fake or they only allow positive reviews. Not sure which, but both are suspect. I tried ordering twice. Buyer BEWARE! The quality of materials used is crummy and the items are nothing like the pictures shown on the website. This time, I ordered a black tunic sweater. When it arrived, it was FAR shorter than pictured, the yarn used was nasty and there were loose threads hanging all over the sweater. It looked like it had been used hard before sending. Returning it was a nightmare too. They don’t make it convenient. I ended up literally throwing away $65. Essentially another cheapo Chinese company that looks good on the website but sends cheap and terribly made products. I will never order again.

Terrible quality, worse than a really really cheap market stall but at a relatively high price. Absolutely no returns policy so stuck with the item unless you want to exchange it for more tat at your own expense of returning to the States. Awful, I was actually quite shocked that they are allowed to trade.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could personally shut down this ring of clothing garbage, I would! The photos of the clothes worn by models is deceptive & misleading. I promise you won't be getting, what looks like, high quality clothing. You'll receive lightweight, see-through, cheaply made, poor quality pieces. I grade this company an F- !!!!
