The item I received is NOT the item pictured AT ALL! It’s a cheap, knock-off of what they had pictured. In reading other reviews of Boho Beach Hut, I’m guessing they pirated the image of a cute shirt from a legit site. And when ordered, they shipped cheap China crap. The shirt pictured is sleeveless. The shirt I got is short sleeved. The shirt pictured is a faded, vintage-looking Charcoal color. The shirt I got is straight up black, cotton t-shirt. The image on the shirt I received looked like an elementary student tried to draw what was on the shirt pictured on their website. The worst part is that they apparently don’t offer refunds. Only site credit, so you’re forced to buy more of their cheap, knock off crap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I did one star because they don’t offer negative stars. I was super excited when I found their page but I bought a dress for a wedding that is tomorrow 9/4/2022. I purchased it on 8/23/2022 with the shipping stating it would be here in 5-7 business days. Here I am 11 days later with no dress because unbeknownst to me this dress apparently came from china and the tracking has said the dress is in Georgia for the last 5 days. So I’ll be rushing to get a dress tomorrow from Walmart or target before the wedding and might I add for at least half the price that I paid for this dress from them. Don’t waste your time or money

This company is selling cheap crap from China. It took almost 6 weeks to ship. I threw items in trash after receiving they were so cheap. They don’t offer refunds. Don’t buy from this company.

I ordered 2 wrap dresses and they are adorable. They arrived on time and exactly as they were presented in the photos. They fit very well. I will order again.

I ordered a pair of Sandals for my Fiancé’s birthday, they looked great on the website but when they arrived they weren’t the right style sandals. They arrived 9 days late too. The company didn’t apologise and refused to give a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They keep your money. The owner and CEO is ripping people off to pay for her lavish lifestyle.

Awful. I ordered shoes and they were so cheap. They weren’t even what was pictured. When I asked customer service for a refund they told me no and that they would only give store credit once item was received (China). I cannot believe I paid $52 for a piece of foam and poorly stitched fabric slip on shoes. It was ridiculous. Do not waste your money.

If I could rate 0 I would ! Horrible shipping and no tracking ever available due to out of country shipping that is honestly never told you you truthfully on inquires about the item you paid for and the time frame ! The company shares little ...To no truth on their products and time frame of delivery - it may take 3-4 weeks for delivery from what I'm told now due to it coming from another country - but they actually don't accept any refund after 45 days of purchase date! It's hilarious because they can't track their shipping, but can track the cost of the items date of purchase as we wait for items that never arrive after 35-45 day ! So they have a great return and refund policy conveniently set for them to make a profit because you can't even return anything in due time or even find your order! They just state its Out of our hands when it leaves store - which could be in 4-5 foreign countries that don't have a normal or Accessible mailing system tracking your item ! Dangerous business to deal with and also expectations are very low for the outcome - which is pretty much never receiving your items ! Stay far away from spending money on this company !

Horrible scam website. The items that I ordered looked NOTHING like the photos. Completely different design and shape and detailing, not even close to what is pictured. When I tried to exchange them, the customer service was horrible. No refunds of course, so you have to pay for your own shipping to return them, then send them the tracking info, then pester them to process your exchange, and then the exchange item never arrived. Stay away from this site. Horrible waste of money. Total scam.

I ordered shoes and a dress. Both arrived quickly, dress and shoes fit well (I'm 5'2", ordered a size S; shoes are 7-1/2 and comfortable). Quality is good, and I've received numerous compliments on both. Can't comment on the returns, but I think they have a cute selection and will order again!

This company is a scam. Also when positive reviews say "cute" over and over, it looks a little suspicious, doesn't it?
