I like to use the Parker’s used car valuation facility because it gives me the information I require straight away.

I trawl through various selling sites looking for motors. Usually if the road tax is expensive, the sellers omit that fact. Some of the brands have cheaper road tax, but variations in that brand can be more expensive, so Parkers does a good job in identifying various vehicle road tax details.

We have used Parkers Car Guide a few times for a very accurate price guide for my vehicles. Always gives you a good strong point to start negotiating from.

Very helpful site. Answered lots of questions about various cars I was looking at.

So I enter criteria for cars I'm interested in, and a list of vehicles meeting them is displayed. So far so good. I view the details of one then click on 'Back to search results' to look at others, to find that the specific model of the car I just looked-at has now been entered as the search criteria. All other details I had specified such as distance away, age, price, mileage, whatever; have now all been lost. This happens in all web browsers and is very frustrating as Parkers has always been a good source of information, but a great deal of time is wasted faffing, having to enter search criteria over and over again.

Uncomfortable experience when trying to read articles, on mobile phone - horrible, intrusive ads pasted all over & deliberately cover the whole page, which obscures the view of the page, what's even more annoying is accidentally clicking on the ads which is unavoidable. Nail in coffin. No more Parker's for me. it was a good site, but over the years has become driven by profit and intrusive ads. Which should be illegal! There are other sites that manage to provide lots of vehicle data without intrusive ads! So I will use them in future.

Miserable site 1) Once you've paid, there is no login link from home screen. 2) You can't print out a competed search. 3) There is no obvious way to save a search. 4) The number plate search does not distinguish between 0 and O!!! 5) The car I looked for simply crashed the site. When I complained, the response I got was "it was registered 1 year after the manufacturer ceased making that model". Well, if you know that: say so on the site.

Excellent website. I love how you can be looking at specs and easily switch to see that car for sale or to lease. Used this site many times to get a valuation of my car and it's always spot on. Having read some of the reviews below, if they did fried chicken, it'd probably be yummy!!
