Don't click any links...

Was intending to use the website for a car valuation as I have done many times in the past & disgusted that so many links appeared which were so placed to trick the viewer into thinking they were part of the Parkers valuation and not to sign up for something completely different. Will not be using this website again!

Very good valuation service

I bought a month's worth of valuations whilst searching for an Audi A4 estate to buy. Proved worthwhile paying for the valuation as the free one only gives you a range of prices, and the car I was most interested in was quite high spec and low mileage. Turned out the dealer's price was pretty close to the actual valuation. I've been back to Parkers a couple of times since just to check a couple of other cars I've found. The site itself was quick I was able to pay using Paypal which I always prefer to using debit/credit cards directly.

DO NOT USE Parkers service any more!!!! It's a waist of money and time! It's not the same Parkers anymore!!!

I wish I had read those reviews before...on the 27/04/20 I tried to get an evaluation on my car, while I was using the application on parkers website, I experienced some difficulties navigating through the pages. At the beginning I thought there was a temporary problem with the website or my internet.... After paying for the premium service (most accurate valuation based on the real miles of the car) I manged to have the valuation which was quite lower compared to the price I paid for my 2nd hand car found on Autotrader. The service I paid for (£3,49) was meant to give me 24 hours access to the quote and to have a copy sent into my email inbox. I never received any e-mail from them and when I tried to retrieve the quote, there was not any login facilities for me to use in order to retrieve my quote. The system didn't even prompt me to register before paying for the service... I tried to contact them to report this matter using their "Contact us" facility but I was unable because every time I pressed the button "send message", the system freeze giving me the same error message: “An error occurred 500 Oops, something went wrong, Sorry, we are currently experiencing a few problems with the page you are trying to access. We apologise for this inconvenience and assure you that we are doing our very best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please refresh this page to try again.” I tried several times that the day and the day after with the same results. I even tried to email them directly but my e-mail bounced straight back!!! Basically I have wasted my money and my time!!! DO NOT USE Parkers service any more!!!!

Parkers back in the day for me the 70s…

Parkers back in the day for me the 70s was a honest review today its about bending the truth many examples the latest being the 1.5 vw engine its amazing this engine faults arnt highlighted because they dont publish reviews on it. So VW are happy and Parkers are happy with a back hander. And Vw screw the customer yet again with lies. One day people will realise Audi and VW are crap cars sorry missed out BMW

Fake valuations

Parkers valuations are miles off the mark, every time. Fake values that are not based on any professional knowledge of the industry Usually they fill people with false hope on their cars value and the the values you pay for are not worth the paper they are written on. Despite claims they do not resemble CAP values and all dealers consider their prices a joke.

RIP off and con

RIP off and con. Gave vehicle back the way it came. In fact it was given to me dirty but I still gave it back cleaned in and out. Waited a month for my refund of my deposit but found out they charged me for damage on the vehicle. Apparently they got the car polished and alot of scratches and damaged appeared on it so they charged me the fee for polish of the vehicle which is £100. RIP off and I did not damage nor did i have any scratches. I've kept the car clean like it's my 2nd home. They did not tell me about it the next day if the damaged appeared.. in fact i had to find out a month later and no actual photo was shown but it was marked on a vehicle checklist. I gave the car back and got member of staff 5o check with me and it was fine and now suddenly theres more the 14 scratches and damaged on the door and front side. If that was the case then I'm sure just like most drivers that I would have got the damaged repaired and resprayed. Any crap excuses to make money out of you. Dont join the company as they pay you peanuts and make you work hard day and night and paying you £75 after all cost and commission. If you fart then they also charge you commission for it. Wont recommend anyone to join and they will somehow get the car polished and say they found 100 scratches and will charge you for no reason. I'm angry and really f..king annoyed. Just con and didnt bother to tell me about the scratches till I had to call them after a month for my refund

Seriously these should be closed down

Seriously these should be closed down ! People that trust Parker’s are being duped. Don’t believe me ? Read their review about the Skoda fabia vrs 1.4 petrol. No problems with this model, now take 2 minutes to look up oil usage ! Look on briskoda forum at owners talking about it, some have had 5 replacement engines !!! It is a very well known fault where engines can use a litre of oil per 1000 miles ! Yet Parker’s report no problems !!
