I have ordered from Pet Drugs Online since my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and recently I've had an issue with DHL saying they've delivered a parcel, but leaving this in an area where there is no ring door bell present. DHL have been awful to deal with but when reporting this to PDO, they have immediately sorted it. I was so worried I would be unable to afford to replace the medicine, as I had ordered in bulk to tie my boy over for a month, but that have sorted it and treated me with empathy and compassion when I was stressing. Absolutely amazing service and companies like this need to be given their flowers.
