I have been buying boxes of cardisure for my dog for the last 4 years. I recently bought a box of 100 at a cost of about £100. My dog recently passed away and I'm left with 8 blister packs of 10 tablets untouched fresh in the box, thats 80 tablets worth around £80. Contacted them about selling them back, even if it was at 50% of their value at least I would get some of my money back. They didn't want to know, their customer service rep sent me an automated response and shut the chat down. Will now look for other places to source my pet drugs. UPDATE: received a phonecall from a very nice lady very different from the customer service rep I originally spoke to.

we had a problem with the carrier and pet drugs online did their very best to make sure we received our delivery after 3 failed attempts by the carrier we received the insulin via Royal Mail 24hrs and refund of the cost of emergency insulin from the vets thank you all
