I order about a pallet of slabs with a required delivery on the Thursday or Friday of the week. When I chased up on the Friday when nothing arrived I was told there was an issue with delivery and couldn’t be completed til the following Thursday! No pre notice give at all so had to drive to collect on a 5 1/2hour return journey! Only £40 of delivery charge refunded.. Update: the company called to make good on the issues. Full delivery refunded and a promise to change their processes in the future

I had to call because I couldn’t order what I-needed online. I’ve spoken to customer services before. They are really good. Sorted out my order, very helpful and knowledgable.

We ordered a tile to finish our exterior patio and stairs. We were a little short and I contacted customer services about whether the tile would be restocked or not. I was assured it would be back in stock and encouraged to sign up for an update on when it would be back in stock. It has been nearly 3 months now, and there is no news, meaning my project remains at a standstill. None of the customer service team can give me any specific update about whether this role will come back in stock. It's appalling customer service.
