When I purchased online I called up customer service to check details about delivery and was assured that they could accommodate my requirements, next day a call to say the consignment was ready I advised it wasn't due for a week or so as previously discussed , had a heated exchange about being charged extra for delays or redelivered , I was told eventually it would be delivered on one day , I booked the day off ,nothing arrived I called to chase up and was fobbed off. I asked to be called 1hr before the delivery the next day and nustone agreed next day comes my ring doorbell went and the delivery is on my front and I'm 15 miles away at work , driver said he wasn't asked to call. We found 2 broken large slabs but the thought of trying to speak to customer service filled me with dread , flags not laid yet but overall experience dreadful, if you can pick up yourself ,do so !

Had a couple of issues initially but nustone especially Ritika had resolved them within 48 hours with a full refund on damaged slabs! Very impressed with the customer service, and pleased with the overall experience
