I bought a beautiful picture at a great price but found it was too big for where I wanted to put it (yes, stupidly my fault). I asked if I could return it and the customer service was superb - can’t fault it. They arranged collection and my money was refunded promptly. I have bought many pictures from Collectors Prints over the years and I’ve always been pleased.

Considering it was assembled from scratch it came quite quickly and was packaged within an inch of its life! I think it would have had to have been chucked off a motorway bridge to get damaged... Once unpacked I was really impressed with the quality of the print, the quality of the frame and the certificate of authentication. To say I was delighted once hung on my living room wall is an understatement. I can certainly see myself purchasing from Collectors Prints again.
