I was very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with the office and staff. I had communication with them when it was discovered that a print that was advertised as available - was not. The website was not up to date. Particularly disappointing when i had purchased the print and expected delivery. Later however after talking to the office and customer service and eventually placing another order - the entire process was smooth, efficient and without any problems at all. So I am happy to write this review less one star.
