I can’t begin to explain how poor my experience of this company has been. I ordered a framed print on 5th December (nearly two months ago) with ‘guaranteed’ pre-Xmas delivery. Luckily it wasn’t a present, as the print never arrived and was lost in transit...! Arguably this isn’t Collectors Prints fault - however, what has followed has added ‘insult to injury’. When we were eventually sent our replacement print, imagine my disappointment to find it was in the wrong frame! More delays and hassle to get the print returned and reframed ... and we have finally received it back again - this time looking like it’s been framed by a three year old! The ‘glass’ looks warped and there is gaps between the frame and glass in two places that you can fit your finger in! The tape on the back overlaps the frame, and is clearly visible. And supposedly this has been through some form of quality check!? After all the hassle, delays and inconvenience they have caused, to send a picture in this state just tops off a thoroughly dreadful experience. Now can’t get through to anyone on the phone to get this sorted, and the voicemail is ‘full’. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and I regret the day I placed an order with them!!

This company does what it says it will and keeps you informed along the way - very positive and just made my second purchase through them!

Very good service the picture frame came with a chip in it I contacted them and they got it re picked up and sorted with in 10 days very good would highly recommend

Excellent service. A lady from Collectors Prints phoned to tell me when the print was due to be dispatched, and when I asked if there was anyway it could be sent earlier as it was a birthday present, she was very obliging and arranged for this to happen. The print was then delivered in time for the birthday. It was extremely well packaged and was professionally mounted and framed. We were very impressed with the quality of the picture and also the customer care. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt delivery considering we are in lockdown. Great customer service, with a call prior to delivery to advise me of the date. My print arrived in pristine condition and had plenty of protective packaging to keep it safe on the journey. Would & have recommended Collectors Prints for future purchases. Excellent!

Great service, great comms, great price, delay in delivery due to publishing house but kept up to date throughout, extremely well packaged (needs to be these days with the way couriers throw things around) couldn’t be happier and throughly recommend.

Placed an order on Monday for a piece of Art, Got confirmation email, Payment was taken ect. Then Wednesday at 15.30pm got a phone call to tell me the piece had sold out. How the hell can this happen, apart from these being slow in processing orders. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! you should not send confirmation emails until it is actually confirmed that the item is fully available !!!!!
