Whilst the painting itself was, thankfully, not damaged, the packaging was severely damaged. In particular, the packaging was inadequate, did not contain sufficient protection, and the care taken to deliver the product was poor.

Happy with the picture. Delivered by DHL express; waited in all day on confirmed delivery date but no delivery; arrived the next day with no information that would happen, so fortunate happened to be home; packed with plywood front and back; both broken right through, although substantial packaging around the frame, meant picture is undamaged. Gallery might want to review their delivery partner.

Ordered a picture from Collectors Prints but sadly when the order was processed the picture was sold. That said after a very nice few emails from Megan I chose another picture, was promptly refunded the difference as I'd seen it on another site a bit cheaper and despite the dreadful weather we're experiencing its been delivered in perfect condition. Overall I'm a very happy customer!
