I found the site very easy to use and purchase of the picture also very easy. The only problem was with DHL as the parcel was damaged but as you had wrapped the picture so well there was no damage to my picture. many thanks again and I will definitely use your company again.

The person who placed the order thought it was with De Monfort direct as it was that company he had Googled but it was your company that came in between De montfort and ourselves. we have had a account with De Monfort for many years.

I tried to buy a painting as a Christmas present, from a local gallery in Perth. They said they had it in stock, but when I went to collect it on the Wednesday before Christmas, it wasn't there! Bah humbug!! I phoned around a number of online companies to see if they had it in stock, all to no avail. Then I phoned Collectors Prints, who couldn't have been more helpful. The two girls I spoke to, whose names I've forgotten (Lisa & Megan I think?), were absolutely fantastic! CP didn't have the painting in stock, but they were able to find it for me, and I was past the delivery cut off for Christmas, yet they were able to get it to me on Friday 22nd. Absolutely brilliant service, and exceptional people to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough, and I know where I'll be going next time.

Wasn't sure what to expect as I had never used Collector Prints before. However their website is easy to navigate and I found the Doug Hyde print I wanted to give as a Christmas present and placed the order. Very pleased to say it arrived in time, was exactly as described and very well packaged to protect the framed print. Would definitely use them again.
