The remote control sent to me did not work on the tape deck it was advertised for. They still refused refund. After several exchanges of emails, they responded I could return the remote to Czech Republic where their office is located, and they would consider if I were entitled a refund, but no gurantee. It would have costed nearly another £8 to return the remote to Czeck Republic. I decided to cut my losses and just not buy anything from them in future.
