I ordered a duplicate remote for my Pioneer SC-LX90 AV amplifier (according to the website they guarantee 100% functions). It was shipped very fast and arrived within a few days. Unfortunately the remote was faulty or not programmed correctly since only 5-6 buttons worked and the rest were unresponsive or performing a wrong function (i.e. Setup button increased the volume).The remote itself felt cheap, some buttons were sunken and difficult to press, and it didn't support 100% of the functions of the original, since many buttons were missing. I contacted customer care. They replied after few days have passed and they suggested that I should reprogram it myself. On the PayPal resolution center they replied with a link to download a program and instructions to upload an XXX.irp file that was supposedly sent with an email. The link didn't work (and still doesn't work after a month have passed) and I never received an email with the mentioned file.
