Habe mehrere IR-120 im Gebrauch und wollte 2 zusätzliche Fernbedienungen zur Sicherheit haben. Auf Anfrage bei AUNA wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Fernbedienungen nicht geliefert werden können. Habe dann im Internet gesucht und einen Lieferanten für Ersatz-Fernbedienungen gefunden (VAT Remote Controls) und habe 2 Fernbedienungen bestellt. Anfang Januar 2024 sind die Fernbedienungen angekommen. Diese funktionierten einwandfrei – SUPER. Die Tasten waren in der Anordnung und Beschriftung nahezu identisch mit der originalen Fernbedienung. Eine Anleitung ist nicht notwendig. Noch ein Kommentar zur Firma VAT – eine vertrauenswürdige Firma, schnelle Abwicklung und bei Rückfragen über Mail oder Chat läuft alles lobenswert,

My original extractor hood remote stopped working. The replacement remote was easy to order, very well priced, arrived promptly in the post, came with a battery installed and worked well. Excellent service and great value - I'd definitely use Remote Control World again.
