My old DENON controller was coming to an end. Several buttons were not working. I was looking for a replacement for the original and found the cost of the original to be too expensive. It fulfills all the functions of the original remote control without the need for any programming. From the moment I made contact I was able to see what was offered and it matched the Pioneer plasma remote we have and only needed 2 x AAA batteries and it worked immediately, delivery was quick and came right to our front door, had I wanted it to arrive quicker RCW offered express international delivery which I declined, my experience was extremely positive as the new remote saved us purchasing a new television set as I was advised if the problem was the sound diode in the plasma TV they are no longer available

I thought my Pioneer RC had finally died and was a little dismayed to find no one in the UK who appeared to be able to supply a replacement. Remote Control World appeared to be the only ones who could but one is always a little wary of overseas companies you have never used before. Anyway they dispatched the order as promised and despite the Xmas period it arrived very speedily on 28th and works perfectly. Would happily recommend and use again. Well done.
