Ich habe 2 Fernbedienungen bestellt, eine funktioniert wie beschrieben aber die 2. für meinen Humax Reciever geht überhaupt nicht und ich erhielt dann auf Anfrage einen Ersatz. Die Kommunikation verlief anfangs etwas holprig, da meine Mails nicht ankamen aber es sind alle bemüht mir zu helfen, danke.

Excellent service, great value for money. Was struggling to source a replacement remote for NAD amplifier. Have been supplied with 2 from NAD but both stopped working within a few months. Disappointed with quality of NAD remotes given quality of their amps. RCW came up trumps. Remote worked straight out of the box; no configuration needed. Will definitely use again if needing a replacement controller.

Remote Control World has a unique product offering. I was able to purchase a remote for my Denon Stereo Receiver from the 1980’s. One day the remote stopped working. I contacted their support. After some troubleshooting and determining it was defective, they sent me a new one. Great product and excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again. Thank you

Habe 2 Fernbedienungen für 2 Geräte bestellt. Beide funktionieren wunderbar, eine auf Anhieb ohne etwas einstellen zu müssen, bei der zweiten ist SAT voreingestellt gewesen und musste mit der Codetaste auf TV umgestellt werden.

Lors de ma commande j'étais assez septique n'ayant jamais commandé à l'étranger. Je peux dire que je suis entièrement satisfaite. Il s'agissait de piles pour mon casque d'écoute que j'ai reçu rapidement malgré un week-end à la veille de ma commande. Bravo pour la rapidité qu'il à mis à me parvenir.

Only reasons for not getting 5 stars is because package was delivered to UPS the day after it was supposed to be sent (i ordered with express shipment so was expecting it a day before). Second reason is that they had an option to buy batteries that fits my remote at check out and i chose this alternative but turns out my remote didnt need batteries but was a rechargeable remote. Other then these two hiccups im very pleased, got my remote and its working as expected.
