UPDATE: The bottom line here in my opinion is that you have sold me 2 REFURBISHED remotes that do not work. I don’t care how many you sold mine and I’m sure plenty of others don’t work either. I wouldn’t trust this business if they sent me a bag of remotes for free UPDATE: The last time you contacted me was to ask me to remove my Trustpilot review and if I did you would offer a 50% refund. They sent out another and less than a year later this is no longer working either. I contacted them and they have asked me to post this back (2 year warranty) and now I have to pay for postage. So as well as costing me money I now need a third remote control in less than I year. They take ages to answer back also (weeks in one case)
