Paid for items that were not sent. Half of what did arrive had leaked over the other half. Multiple emails have been sent but still no one has replied. This could have really easily been sorted out. All I wanted was the items that I hadn’t received. The phone number online 01299826744 is not even their contact no. This contact is for a pen factory!! Who I’m sure have spoken to many annoyed customers over time. Another contact no. I found - no one answers. Definitely avoid at all costs. They are rip off merchants and what I’ve tried so far of what I did receive tastes like cats pee

Consistently out of stock of preferred items. Last order short, claimed "tried to contact" but no message received. Will be going elsewhere from now on
