Great company to buy from. Easy to buy from their website and your order is processed and sent out quickly. I found their concentrates to be great value and easy to use. I have ordered many times from them, and plan to continue to do so.

Got my original order wrong - they gave me the bottle next to the one I wanted - but it was sorted out graciously and quickly. Friendly people too.

Always first class service, whether in person, by phone or the internet. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

On the 1st time of ordering a pipe and coils, which should as in stock on the website, it turned out not to be in stock. I then ordered another pipe, with coil, and was contacted to tell me the second order was also out of stock and I asked to be sent an alternative, which looked great, but then fell apart (both magnetic tanks) I then ordered a different style pipe which also should as in stock and without any contact by phone or email, was refunded, leaving me waiting for it to be sent. Very unhappy about this. Regards, John
