RY4 Double concentrate quality drop so much in 2017 from 100ml of concentrate i did 1 litre of vape liquid but now you need at least 250ml of concentrate to do 1 litre of liquid,sad.

really prestigious merchant. The issue is that my items are lost! double chaked with Royal Mail and nearby shops Nothing at all. My fault was that I mailed them 2 months later due to a major surgery I went through.

I had an issue with some bottles and customer service said they would send replacement which didn't turn up. I contacted them again and they apologised and thought they may have been lost and resent . All sorted .

Few things in my order not on stock. Not mentioned when selecting. Afterwards taken out without asking. 1 flavor was wrong delivered.

Product quality ok but a warning on extra vat cost would be nice
