Despite being the festive period, time was taken to read my emails and respond appropriately both quickly and efficiently. This company is fantastic. I've saved so much money by making my own. I wish i could order more from them but I only have to stock up every few months. Flavours are hit and miss but I experiment a bit to see what I like. Highly recommend the Grape Juice. Rainbow candy not so much. The reward scheme is out of this world. I've had close to if not over £20 discounted from my last 2 orders by redeeming reward points. Every order I've made has arrived at my house by 9am - 10am the next day and for the most part packaged very well. (My first order had packaging issues but a quick phone call to Make My Vape and it got sorted quickly, politely and professionally) I really want to give them more money but they make it so I only have to buy from them every few months. Highly recommend you try them out if you're reading this.

Dreadful service. I have attempted to use this website twice. The first time was back in 2019/20 and I had no issues. The most recent time was on the 30th of December 2021 with a bunch of items to make ejuice to be sent out 48 hours delivery with royal mail. I have now waited over 2 weeks. The tracking number which was supplied simply says "seller sending item" according to royal mail, they don't even have it yet. I think I am going to be forced to approach my bank and the FSA about this because not only was my order paid for, marked as fulfilled when it wasn't, I am also being ignored by both sales and customer services. I have contacted the support email AND the sales email provided on the website and have been ignored on both. Do youself a favour and just use another website.
