My order confirmation suggested I download the SHOP app to track my delivery (which was rubbish btw) but it arrived in good time and the cubes were all nicely boxed and brilliant. The only reason I give a 4, the packaging it was mailed in was rubbish. A ripped up jiffy envelope, surely you could've used a box.....

I placed an order and it still hasn't come. It's been 3 weeks. Tracking just shows it as in transit. Have sent emails but still no reponse from seller. No choice but to leave a negative review.

Fantastic information on the website giving detailed pros and cons of the many cubes available. Very quick delivery of the two things I ordered (a cube and some lube). I’m so glad I didn’t order from the other website with a similar name - our son did that and is still waiting for his order after four weeks. This site is genuine and has advertised products in stock.
