I ordered 3 cubes and I paid for them, then you updated the order minus 1 cube no explanation of out of stock etc have tried to contact you but no reply and no mention of a refund or you holding payment waiting for cube I can only assume (because I haven’t been told!! Is not in stock)

Prices are good, the selection of cubes and puzzles is good, postage is fast and products arrive well packaged. Also the improvement page is excellent for new cubers. The information is well laid out and correct (Unlike, a different retailer's improvement page). Overall, a great experience and Highly recommended.

I always enjoy solving the bigger cubes and was pleased to receive this cube quickly and in good condition. The cube itself is very stable considering its size and I think I will enjoy solving it many times. It looks good next to my Diansheng collection.
