Terrible service waiting on scooter for 15 months was tolf eont come will get rrfund still no refund excuse after excuse an hang up when i get through to speak about it

Terrible product the scooter 🛴 battery didn’t even last 3 months won’t even replace the battery avoid if possible there warranty and returns awful experience really disappointed I have to buy my son a brand new one from another company as they won’t replace it -1 products 👎

I bought a techtron Elite 3500 scooter last year for my son. Recently he noticed he had damaged the back mud guard. I got in touch with the company and they were brilliant. They arranged the repair all at a very good price. Highly recommended

Highly recommend, the customer service ive received has been incredibly good, my order was dispatched very quickly and i received the order earlier than expected which was great, the quality of the scooters was great, very sturdy and reliable. A great runn around for short journeys and errands.

I have had my scooter 6 weeks now & compared to my old one I bought online this is far better, faster charges, faster speed & I seem to be getting more distance, so far so good, I had one issue my bottle holder damaged I guess in transport, after a phone call to a lady in customer service called Maggie a new one was received within a week, although I had ti fit my self..
