A truly fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had a very thorough consultation with Gul, who was amazing and very responsive, and made note of customisations that I wanted to make to the frame. The frame was delivered on time, and I was kept in the loop with regular updates throughout. The delivery/assembly technicians were wonderful and so respectful of my no shoes indoors policy, assembled the frame with due care and were a pleasure to speak to. The frame itself - beautifully sanded, stained and lacquered, very sturdy and I rest well knowing they would honour a 16 year guarantee on all parts of the frame. I can still smell the woody aroma from the frame weeks on and I could not be happier with it! The Warren evans team have been in touch with me since the delivery and have truly gone above and beyond in delivering a 10/10 star experience.

The mattress is definitely more comfortable than the 0ne I had been using. It's firmer and I like that. I was impressed that Warren Evans made a new mattress to my specifications.
