This included: - responding to a request for an earlier delivery by moving it a week earlier - staff on time and all positive attitude - job done quickly and tidy - lovely product. Highly recommend

I bought the Organic 6000 mattress as I wanted a firm mattress for my back issues. During the 10 week sleep trial I didn’t feel 100% comfortable with the firm mattress so exchanged for the medium firm Organic 5000. The new mattress is just right for me and I have never slept better nor felt so comfortable. Warren Evans exchanged the mattress with no fuss and this level of customer service is not something you find anywhere else. The quality of the mattress is on a par with far more expensive makes. The natural materials and cotton exterior hard to find other than at at least double the price elsewhere. Amazing mattress and company.
