I initially felt upset over lack of contact over damaged picnic bag but after bad review was left they quickly contacted me to find out what had gone wrong and have sorted it out so I am happy with the item and service given . Only one star off as it would have been good to have had this help when I first contacted them . However I am grateful they have put in great effort to put things right

Arrived on time and cooler bag looks well made. Not used yet so unable to comment on cooling capabilities
