Great service - quick distribution and product was better than the picture representation. As it is was gift very pleased with the quality for the price.

The bag was described as the image and most importantly the dimensions were really accurate. The look and style of the bag is very nice with super comfort on the shoulder straps. I would highly recommend this bag for a light picnic carrier or for a decent lunch bag, that is what I use it for with my two thermos filled with hot water.

Never used before so bit hesitant but didn't need to worry. Kept informed of the parcels progress. Arrived well packaged and looked as good as on the website. Slightly small than the one we already had which is fine now but will be too small for all the drinks and icepacks in the summer.

good service, the picnic basket is what we expected, no problems at all

Products not as expected so I arranged (at my own expense a return). This was on the 3 December and almost a month later the refund has not been processed. I have written to customer service to complain about this horrific service - no reply.

The 2 person picnic bag is top quality and full of all the essentials for a fab picnic. Bought as a retirement present and everyone was impressed and happy
