Why do I buy my coffees beans from TFCCRC when there are less expensive options out there. Quality of the beans and the exceptional customer service. Recently when changing my subscription as I would have been away when it arrived, I accidentally set up a second subscription and ordered two 1kg bags of the 1571 blend. This was a Sunday. I realised my mistake about the double order and was going to contact them about cancelling one of the orders. I didn’t need to. Early Monday morning I received a call from TFCCRC about the double order and the double subscription. On the ball to say the least. I can also say that the beans are just as good as the customer service. I’ve never had a bad batch and the consistency in their blends is on target. Customer for life.
