Awesome, I don't really need any more knives (ex-chef). However, I had seen some reviews of the Wusthof Chefs knife, Kitchenknives were selling it for an extremely competitive price ( better than Nisbets), Ordering was too easy, delivered on time. Sharpest Knife out of the box I have ever bought and a Joy to use.,( might have to buy a paring knife, first port of call will be Knives Direct)!!
