Excellent service from Kitchen Knives. I bought some Global knives for my daughter at Christmas. They came promptly in a busy period, were very well packed and included a free gift of some kitchen scissors. The price was very good value too and my daughter loves her very sharp kitchen knives.

I know these knives and have used them before. I used to buy another German brand but found out too late that they were having some made in Chin-end of !! Very pleased now.

I received an email straight after placing my order, warning me of an expected delay, although still within the advertised delivery time. When I emailed a subsequent query, I received a helpful response within hours. The purchase was delivered in the time advised.
