I bought 2 sets of almost identical knives 1 as an Xmas present for my daughter. I checked they could go in a dishwasher and made sure both my daughter and I followed the instructions. My knives are perfectly fine however my daughters have got rust marks all over them. Out of the 2 of my daughter is always the one to follow ever instruction! Automatic age verification is not working (but still spamming you with it to insanity), couriers appearing at random hours, customer service not replying to emails after the first one (very nice and helpful when they do reply, it just doesn't happen later). Good pricing, but absolutely not worth the hassle if you're not a professional chef ordering £5000 worth of Japanese carbon steel knives for your business. If you just want a £30 whetstone or a knife rack go to a supermarket and be done in 30 mins instead of getting progressively angrier over a week. EDIT after the reply: It's been exactly a week now since I ordered a knife block and a small sharpener (not even a knife) and I still did not get it. EDIT 2: After the courier decided once more to show up in the middle of the working day with an hour notice, I had a conversation with customer service (that was very nice but could not really do much for me). Eventually I cancelled the order and will get a refund. Overall - if you are not working from home or you are not getting it delivered to a place where you can get in 40 minutes, forget about it.
