Avoid. I had a problem with a Super Benriner Mandoline, which had clearly been crushed in transit with a significant bend in the blade. I was asked to provide pictures of the box it was transported in and the Mandoline box and the Mandoline. I sent all of these over yet still they said they couldn’t see the issue. I then sent over a video of the bend in the blade and the damaged finger guard and they still said they couldn’t determine if there was damage and that I would need to send back. All this time I could have been sent a replacement or refund after sending back the damaged goods but now have to wait for Kitchen Knives to determine whether I’m lying or not. Terrible customer service. UPDATED: The reply below is an example of how bad they are at customer service. I’ve been wanting to send the item back since the day I received but have had to go through this process of proving it is damaged. I have now returned the product and the company has said they are ordering a new blade and sending back without addressing the damaged finger guard, they are ignoring my requests to receive a refund so I can buy from another company and be done with them. Don’t buy from them because if anything’s wrong they waste your time completely.
