The company is misleading with regards…

The company is misleading with regards to what they actually charge you for annual costs. They actually have information on their website in 3 different areas that says the total annual cost is $199.00 when in fact they attempt to charge you twice that amount. Update: If you truly want to help people you should remove the areas that anyone with common sense would agree are misleading to the public because they clearly state that in the state of Florida the total annual cost to Veriheal will be 199.00. I'm not sure how clearer I can make this statement.

Very unhappy with service received

Very unhappy with service received! Received rx with no details of dosage or instructions. Customer service is a joke. Can’t get any straight answers and good luck getting a representative with knowledge to answer your questions or that allows you to get a word in. I got all my questions answered by Texas original and I wasn’t even their customer. Will be using Texas original from now on. Hope everyone else does the same.

My experience is the same as Mr greens . First visit was easy . The renewal on the other hand has been a complete utter mess. I also had John Duryee. He never updated the information. I've called over 10 times into veriheal they have paged the Dr. They told me I would get a response within an hour and now we are going on day 6. You took my money with no problem but I can't get any service. Yes I requested a refund because your Dr is incompetent. Looking at all the bad reviews are coming from the same Dr Duryee . I spent over 8 hours worth of phones going back and forth with all of you waiting time during my work hours . When asked to see a different Dr you told me you would expedite the process . That never happened and you wanted me to wait an additional 5 days so that was another lie .

They just took my money. Didn’t provide service.

I read all the supposedly great reviews about Veriheal. First time with them was super smooth. Then this year I decide to renew my prescription with them again. Made the appointment which was about maybe 60 seconds after 20 minutes of waiting for the doctor. After I never received an email confirmation. My prescription didn’t update either on the state website. 3 days later and still Veriheal support can’t do anything about it. The best is they tried contacting the doctor but aren’t getting any response… it was with Dr. John Duryee sep 28th 10:00 am. Edit: they actually don’t want to process refund. Unless they charge a cancellation fee. When their doctor didn’t approve me and I had to look for a different doctor. Honestly terrible service and bad experience.

When I first tried to make a purchase they were told the doctor never put the amount In for how much I was able to purchase. But it was fixed immediately and have had no issues since

Let me start this by saying I’m absolutely pleased with Veriheal, it was a great site and I am with card. The reason for the 4 star review was my original doctor, who I saw on the 8th just went MIA. Now I waited 7 days to contact Veriheal back which might have been my mistake, but when I did I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours, well I got antsy, so I contact them again shortly after 24 hours. I messaged with someone who was beyond helpful! They told me that doctor Phil was no longer seeing patients, and they apologized and set me up with another appointment. The appointment was set for that day, that doctor was friendly, nice, polite. We spoke for 5 -7 min, he approved me. At that time told me just give him till the next day to get the information to the state. Which made me nervous. But he did it without fail! And I was with my state card within 4 days of the prescription being sent to the state. Needless to say I recommend Veriheal now to everyone!THANKS

Take your money and leave you to dry. I have been waiting over 72 hours for Veriheal to get my ID updated with the state when they told me it would take just 10 minutes. I have not been able to get my meds for 3 days because of their incompetence. Go somewhere else!
