The Veriheal group are fantastic
The Veriheal group are fantastic. I feel like they really heard me and took my Heath needs seriously. I would highly recommend.
Great process
Great process . They get right to the point and get you the treatment you need to suppress your symptoms. I have chronic pain and the treatment prescribed helps tremendously. Improved my quality of life 10 fold.
Real Doctors- who actually listen! Go figure! AAA+++
I was very satisfied with my consult, and extremely impressed with the ease of use. The customer service is extremely helpful, any questions I had they had the answers for. The process itself was not only very easy but also very fast, the longest part was the state sending my card and even that I can’t complain about. It was under 2 weeks before I received it. So no complaints here, I would and have continued to recommend to Veriheal. Thank you!
Easy enough
You have helped me soo far in getting me my license, however I did pay the $10 for this. Not sure how much I received otherwise. Still haven't gotten my license yet, the MMCC is holding it up!
Unable to access state data base
I was approved the first time last week, and again this week. I have attempted to log into the state data base all week, only to be told that my information was sent by the Dr. Numerous chats about this were done, and I assured the info was submitted. When I contacted the state, they had no record of my information by SSN or name. I am still receiving appointments emails, even though I have been approved 3x's. Seriously considering abandoning this company and taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: apparently someone with the same name had recently been approved, and the Dr thought we were the same person. 4th appointment done and I am successfully registered with the state. You would think there would be some sort of system in place to ensure individuals with the same name are treated individually. Other than this, the process was easy.
DONT WALK RUN TO VERIHEAL!
Ok, I going to be completely transparent about this entire process from start to finish. On August 3rd, I scheduled the appointment for 9am August 4th. I was online 10 minutes early as instructed, but my Dr. was about 5 minutes late. No biggie. He was so kind and informative. I didn't feel like I was being grilled about my interest in medical cannabis either. The video call was about 5 minutes long. I was told after the call to go online and submit my application with my state (Illinois). I did that right away. The following day Veriheal emailed me letting me know that my Dr. had updated my patient info with the state! This meant I was now ready to submit my application to the state (he had to add his notes and such). Once I paid the state application fees I received my provisional letter info via email the very next day (August 5th). I went and printed it off and now I am able to buy my medicine with my temporary provisional card until the actual one comes in the mail in about 30 days. All in all, I was very unsure about the whole thing but it was a great experience. Easy process & produced QUICK RESULTS ;-) We all hear things on the radio or see commercials and wonder "what if I tried it", or "that couldn't be real"...well I did & it is! I'm finally able to LEAGLLY medicate myself. The hype is real. Veriheal is the truth! If you don't have a traditional doctor or if you prefer an alternative to modern medicine, this is the place for you!

Willing to change my review if rectified
I have always liked Veriheal so I'm very willing to turn this into a positive review if this can be rectified. With appointments booking a month out, I made sure to join mine early so I wouldn't miss it. The doctor never showed. I reached out via live chat. With the agent taking anywhere from 5-20 minutes to respond, it was after an hour that the agent informed me someone would be calling me on Sunday (in two days). No one called. I reached out again via live chat, and was told that I'd have to reschedule and that the earliest appointment was in a month. I then called in on Monday and was told the same thing. When I requested to speak to a manager, the representative told me she would reach out to the appropriate team and that someone would call me. No one called. I completely accept that the doctor's no-show was an honest mistake, but it is unacceptable to make a patient wait a month to get their medical needs me because of an error on your and; and also to tell a patient that you will call (twice) but not follow through. If someone could please contact me to come to a resolution, I would greatly appreciate it.
