My sister got her hair from WigFever and I love it on her, that made me to order the same hair also. The hair I ordered is so nice and now my go to hair. I get compliments from people everytime I wear it. The hair came with lots of goodies also🥰. The customer service was top notch also, I initially cancelled my order, and wanted to reorder the same hair again, I reached out via email and Whatsapp to the customer service and the person that responded to me was so nice, and prompt. I told them not to cancel the order that I would like to proceed with it and would like it to be delivered before that week. I got my hair that same week, and I fell in love with my hair. I referred my friend to buy wigs from this company because she loves my hair. My friend got 2 different hairs from WigFever last week and she loved them. Having my wig shipped early and getting the same thing I ordered is a big flex 🤩. The service was superb, the hair is so beautiful and soft that people compliments it wherever I go, the glueless lace of the wig melts on my skin and people think it’s my hair. It was my first time buying from wig fever and I was really skeptical because I didn’t want a case of what I ordered vs what I got. After much deliberations and back and forth, I finally decided to put my blind trust on them and boyyy what I surprised! The customer service was top notch! I mean it’s not every day you meet online vendors that are patient and understanding with you. The quality and texture of the hair was everything!Not to talk of the goodies that came with it as well! The Wig Is Too Good To Be True. I Am Very Satisfied. I Even Entered The Wrong Address And I Thought They Would Have Not Responded To Change It But They Did.

I ordered a bob wig in 10 inches and it was the perfect color but just a tad too short for me. I reached out to Wigfever to return it and they offered me and exchange instead. I was so pleased with the process of this exchange. Picked out my new wig and emailed them my selection, sent my Bob wig back, paid the price difference(because of length) and received a beautiful new ocean wave wig. I’m locked in with wigfever after this because they took care of me when I expected something completely different.
