I ordered 3 wigs, they arrived sooner than expected, we're beautifully packaged, with a number of free gifts and all three wigs we're beautifully made and looked great when I tried them on. Ps. The customer care is also amazing! Thank you wigfever, I will definitely come to order 😊

I purchased a glueless wear & go & ohh myyyy it is even better than I expected! The construction of the cap is incredible, very comfy & secure. The hair is very soft & colour is exactly the same as the pictures. Highlyyy recommend for an easy put on & go unit!!

I ordered this wig on Jan 3rd & received it on Jan 8th. Let me tell you the shipping is sooo fast & amazing. When I opened it the thickness of the wig is so good & the texture is so soft. I ordered a glueless wig & the lace is so invisible I got so many compliments at work. I will be ordering again in the future.

My order has not been delivered since July 2023 and I’ve not been refunded either. Wigfever delivered my order to an address from my payment method instead of the address I used for the order. I ordered two wigs of £258.50 in July 2023 but I haven’t received the wigs or any refunds up till date. I contacted customer service immediately I noticed in my account on their website that my order was shipped to my former address (my first address where I lived years ago which is over six hours drive from my current address) whereas I used my current address whilst placing the order. Since Wigfever claimed that the item has already been delivered to the wrong address, I kept reaching out to the customer service to immediately arrange for a home pick up so that DHL which delivered the item could go and collect the item from the wrong the address where it was delivered previously and redeliver it to the correct address but all I got was a fake email from Wigfever on behalf of DHL after few weeks claiming that the item has been delivered. The worst lie was that the screenshot of this email from DHL that Wigfever forwarded to me during a chat was a DRAFT email. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY from them. Now I lost a whooping sum of £258.50 due to an error regarding my shipping address from Wigfever and they couldn’t refund me.

Received my order and it is amazing. I’ve got many wigs, but this one is by far the best. The bleach knots the fit the style the texture. Absolutely stunning. I have already purchased another one. Can’t wait to receive it.
